SaraeSarae has been an active student of Pilates since 2003 and teaching groups and individualsfor 18 months. Following 2 serious back injuries, Pilates helped rebuild Sarae's core strength and reduce her lower back discomfort as well as inspiring her to share these benefits with others as an instructor. Sarae was one of the first London based teachers to qualify to Level 3 Advanced Matwork Instructor status in 2008. She helps clients work towards their personal goals, whether they are seeking to improve their posture and fitness, rehabilitate an injury oras a distraction from day to day stresses. Byadapting the standard matwork repertoire, Sarae leads creative, interesting sessions that balance strength and flexibility exercises with challenges in a fun and informal way. Sarae's clients should beprepared to work hard to see real resultsyet enjoy the experience along the way.

Tuba Mutlu
Pilates

TUBATuba is Peak Pilates® Trained and Certified Level 2 Pilates Instructor qualified to teach Classical Pilates on the Mat, Reformer and Cadillac for Introductory/Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced levels in an effectiveflowing workout as group and private sessions. She currently provide pilates instruction in various fitness clubs as well as teaching one to one classes.

Prior becoming an instructor she practiced ballet and yoga for many years. Although her first degree is in Costume and Make Up for Performing Arts, she is fascinated with the human body and its capabilities as well as seeing the wonders Pilates has done for her, especially for her back, which made her want to study further to become a Pilates Instructor. As an instructor she would like to inspire people to achieve their goals whether their aim is simply obtaining a healthier lifestyle, overcoming injuries or simply tone, gain strength, stamina and flexibility.

As each student’s goals and level differ from each other, Tuba believes it is very important to understand each clients compensations and address their individual needs, by tailoring a program according their level as well as their physical capability.

Agneta Lindberg

 

Agneta has been involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 22 years, starting in her home country of Sweden and spending extensive time in Malta, working in Health & Wellbeing. She also spent time in the United States before arriving in England in 1995, teaching and coaching a variety of formats. Combining her MSc. in Psychodynamic Counselling with her well established fitness background, Agneta aims to provide a complete and unique style of personal training that compliments mind and body. She opened Studio Lindberg The Pilates Specialist in 2000, in the prime location of Harley Street, London W1. Agneta has been a frequent contributor to Running Fitness Magazine, prescribing exercise routines for athletes and running enthusiasts. She has also written on Health & Wellbeing as a ‘Health and Fitness Expert’ in the following magazines: FHM, Cosmopolitan, She, RED and Talkback.
As a Specialist Master Trainer she specialises in Pilates and core stability exercise programmes and has extensive experience working with clients suffering back pain and discomfort.
Agneta has for the last 3 years presented her approach to mindful body work at the King’s Fund in London at their ‘Personal Impact and Integrity’ course.
