MSc, RD, ASD

Becky Stevenson Becky graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with degree in Applied Human Nutrition in 1994 and went onto complete MSc in sports nutrition from Royal London Hospital Sport Medicine Department in 1995.

She did her clinical training at University London Hospital and has worked as a dietitian in London teaching hospitals for the past 7 years. She accredited as a Sport Dietitian in 2003 began her sports work with a professional continental cycling team during their first season.

She set up her own private practice and works with both professional and recreational athletes of all levels. She is a consultant to England Institute of Sport and works with performance athletes from track and field.

She also runs a sports nutrition website providing recipes, hot topics, sports nutrition PDF's www.proactivate.co.uk

Becky is a keen sportspersons and enjoys cycling, squash, tennis and yoga.
